Международная обсерватория истфила проводит новую встречу. В этот раз, 23 марта 2021 нашим гостем будет Екатерина Новицкая - начальник отдела международного сотрудничества Агентства международного сотрудничества Челябинской области. Она расскажет о том, как организуется международное сотрудничество на уровне регионов России и, в частности, Челябинской области.
On March 23 (Tuesday), the Observatory of International Relations – Histfil, returns with the topic “Regional Integration, Paradiplomacy, and International cooperation.” The project organized by Rafael Moreira from Brazil, professor of the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the Faculty of History and Philology, has the aim to give to the students of International Relations an overview of the modern international cooperation of Russia and other countries. Moreover, the importance of the local and regional integration that comes becomes more and more relevant to the international agenda.
The guest and speaker are Ekaterina Novitskaya, chief of the International Cooperation Department of the Chelyabinsk region International Cooperation Agency, an independent non-profit organization supervised by the Ministry of Economic Development of Chelyabinsk Region, established to facilitate international and interregional cooperation. Implementing projects aimed at widening the scope of international and interregional socio-economic cooperation between the Chelyabinsk Region and other countries.
The project has been working for more than 3 years, receiving guests and speakers from different spheres and countries such as the UK, Germany, and Brazil. With the main goal of giving the students of International Relations the opportunity to learn more about practical work, enlarging their knowledge in different areas of International Relations, also giving them the chance of an exchange of information that will help them not only academically, but also professionally.
